Refund policy

At ODIN, we stand by the quality of our products: Every piece is made to meet our standards as we craft with purpose.

Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied with your selection, you may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery. Just make sure the item’s unworn, unwashed, and with original tags.

Process of your return may take up to 7 business days. Once the inspection of your return is completed, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your return.

ODIN is not responsible for any lost packages in return transit to our warehouse.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–14 business days for processing.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Final Sale Items

- Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.

- Items bought during Clearance Sale are considered final and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

- Items bought during a Live Event, Pop-up shops, Fitness Expo, cannot be returned or refunded.

- Gift Cards are considered “Final Sale” and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
